Handyman needed to float between 50 rental properties in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland. Must have a Google account. Must use a payment service (Paypal, Stripe, Square), provide estimates for repairs and convert to invoices with 50% deposits upon approval.
Qualified candidates will have
1.) Years of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical maintenance experience
2.) Reliable transportation with valid Ohio driver's license and vehicle insurance, be able to pass a background check, and have own tools.
3.) Licenses and/or certifications in HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing are a plus but not required.
