Our company manages residential properties from single family homes to multi-family apartment buildings throughout Cuyahoga County. We are looking to hire skilled trades individuals or vendors for our vacant unit turns. We are looking for skilled trades in the following areas:
Painting / Dry Wall
Flooring (vinyl, tiles, carpeting, and refinishing hardwood floors)
Electrical
Plumbing
Junk Removal
Cleaning
This would be 1099 and would be paid by the job upon completion. We pay our vendors within 1-3 days. Contractors please do not apply - we are looking for direct labor.
