Looking for a team member with good interpersonal skills and is able to address basic routine building maintenance. Examples are, but not limited to, changing lightbulbs, changing out Leversets, changing HVAC filters, and looking into maintenance requests from tenants. Past experience in any trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is useful, but not necessary.
Requirements are:
A valid drivers license
A reliable mode of transportation to work
Work hours - Monday through Friday - 7:30am to 4pm, (Full time work, not seasonal)
Have your own basic tools (Screwdrivers, Drills, Hammers, Wrenches, etc.).
