We are a team of real estate investors who own and manage over 50 properties in the greater Cleveland area. We are in need of someone with day time availability to handle repairs that come up at each property. Steady work available. Duties include light plumbing, light mechanical, light hvc, as well as minor drywall, painting, and fixture replacement such as lockset changing, etc.
Additional opportunities available for turns if you have a crew of guys available, we have turns available as well as a list of repairs needed on a regular basis for our portfolio.
If you are interested, immediate work is available. You can run your own schedule and have the opportunity to grow into something more full time.
