Location: Brook Park, Ohio

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled, part or full-time Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks and repairs, possess a positive attitude, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform drywall repairs, painting, and appliance repairs
Handle plumbing tasks, including snaking sinks/toilets, changing valves, replacing hot water tanks, and other plumbing fixture repairs
Conduct carpentry work, such as cabinet installations/removals, subfloor and tile work, tub surrounds, vanities, entry doors, and screen doors
Perform light electrical repairs and maintenance
On Call:
Be on call every other week for emergency maintenance needs
Administrative Duty:
Timely management and completion of work orders
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience required
Must have own tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
