Remodel in progress.
Plumber needed to correct/rerun plumbing lines. Possibly remove old stack. Single family home (2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen).
Electrician needed. Most lines ran need some corrections and clean up.
I am not paying half up front. I will purchase material and pay upon progress.
Other general tasks available; removing siding, scraping to prep for paint, porch repair, subfloor repair.
