Customer Service Representative: This position is eligible to be remote, however minimum of 3 months training is required in the office in either columbus, OH.
90 Degree Benefits is seeking a customer service representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by answering questions, assisting with product information, and assisting with shipping tracking.
Summary: Interact with customers to provide information about benefits, products and services and to resolve customer requests and concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answer all benefits questions accurately based on plan documents or policies.
2. Document all call information in benefit management system.
3. Handle an average of 70 calls daily, depending on volume of calls.
4. Provide high quality service to clients, providers and members.
5. Regular and reliable attendance.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Keep manager informed of known actions, written or verbal, which may affect the ability to successfully perform assignments or adversely affect 90 Degree Benefits operations.
Complete projects or other duties assigned by the manager.
Desire to work as a team with others.
