Join our team and take your career to the next level!As an Automation Lead/Program Manager - Vice President within the Governance & Oversight Team, you will work with a range of teams across the firm as part of the global Client Tax Operations Utility. You are part of the team that partners with various Corporate and Line of Business Stakeholders including senior managers to deliver key operational, control, audit and other regulatory initiatives supporting firmwide client tax activities. You will create efficiency, consistency and cohesiveness while mitigating risk to ensure regulatory compliance. You will also have the opportunity to enhance the current automation book of work while also developing new solutions and exploring potential avenues to expand our regulatory focused programs.Job responsibilities

Lead the Legal Entity Registration and Management Program responsible for the oversight of FATCA registration requirements for JPMorgan legal entities maintaining the system of record for all legal entity registrations, and ensuring accuracy via monthly reconciliations to IRS databases

Oversee requests by external counterparties for JPMorgan legal entity tax documentation (W-8s, W-9s and CRS forms) ensuring proper firm-related tax documents are distributed to business and operations teams

Manage the Inter-Affiliate Services (IAS) Charter Life-Cycle Process (e.g., On-boarding, Steady State and Disengagement) for all Client Tax Operations Utility charters acting as a subject matter expert for all IAS Charter questions and assisting with the implementation of required decisions by Charter Owners

Provide effective management and oversight of all IAS Charter Program requirements in partnership with Charter Owners ensuring accurate scope of services, impacted legal entities, inherent risk ratings, quarterly scorecards, annual re-certifications etc., as well as completion of other required Steady State and Disengagement requirements, as applicable

Maintain existing and on-going identification of automation opportunities across the team including areas for improvement focused on tax form requests, legal entity registrations, Tableau Dashboards, and Quality Assurance Testing

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive operational improvements, efficiencies, and compliance while also reducing manual intervention

Communicate complex data findings, metrics, and recommendations to senior management in various formats and forums in a clear and concise manner

Maintain all program documentation including Standard Operation Procedures, Team Operating Models, Framework documents, related Tableau Dashboards and SharePoint sites for the Legal Entity and Management, Tax Control, and IAS Charters Programs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a team and demonstrated ability to successfully lead within a changing control/regulatory environment

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

High-level analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to plan, lead and execute programs in an efficient manner including tracking and completing multiple deliverables on time in collaboration with various stakeholders

Effective relationship management and able to work effectively in a multi-cultural and international environment

Proficiency with Intelligent Automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau etc.) including the registration process with the desire to learn new tools and applications

A quick learner who is highly motivated, results oriented, collaborative with a high-level sense of integrity and attention to detail

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred qualifications

Experience with tax information reporting and withholding (IRW), tax form validation, withholding determinations, year-end tax reporting or equivalent experience

Experience with data governance, data quality assurance and management

Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques

Knowledge of financial systems and products

This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to change
