DescriptionRobert Half legal is working with a large organization who is seeking a Contracts Analyst. The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of experience of contract and/or supply chain experience.What you get to do every day:
Write deal summaries with oversight
Understand the parameters of the boilerplate terms.
Write performance criteria and service levels that match the business requirements.
Lead the negotiation process through date research, preparation, issue recognition and escalation of issues for non-complex contracts.
Other duties as assigned.

Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Records maintenance experience required
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate leasing
Database management experience preferred
Deep understanding of deeds
Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable
3+ years of relevant experience
Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
