We’re seeking an innovative Home Services Project Manager who is an effective leader, thrives in a fast paced environment, and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering world class service. In this role, you will work closely with Relationship Managers, Clients and internal department leads to facilitate the execution and delivery of Home Service Contracts throughout the country. Schedule and assign all necessary people, equipment, tools and materials to our clients homes ensuring that every job is conducted on-time with adequate resources.

Coordinate with the Operations team to flex EBTH talent when needed for home services.

Coordinate with the Logistics team on use of EBTH trucks, including: scheduling local deliveries, scheduling local pick-ups and scheduling trucks for clear-out services.

Coordinate with Logistics on relationships and scheduling of all applicable third party partners in our in-home service business.

Ensure all in-home service jobs are executed in a timely manner, jobs meet internal labor and cost metrics and that our teams are providing our clients with an exceptional in-home experience.

Work in coordination with the Relationship Managers to maintain the sales calendar and ensure that adequate space is available for the production of all scheduled sales.

Serve as thought leader for continuous improvement of the in-home process.

Schedule and perform initial walk-through with the owner (consignor) and Operations or Moving Specialists to identify risks, logistical issues, and owner preferences.

Maintain communication with the Client throughout the process to include: communication of sale timeline, communicate progress updates, communicate as needed based on owner questions, and communicate a sales follow-up - a summary of how the sale did and a final thank-you for choosing EBTH.

Create and set up sales in admin, as needed based on home service type.

Ensure sale imagery and content is presentable prior to go-live date.

Collaborate with the Moving Specialists and supervisor for coaching and development.

CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING

Minimum of 5 years of experience in client facing project management or related work.

Extensive knowledge of our business and what’s needed to grow it.

A team player that is goal-focused, self-motivated, and flexible.

Strong communication, organization, and project leadership skills.

Strong people management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Ability to balance attention-to-detail with quick execution.

Ability to move / lift up to 50 lbs.

Problem solving skills.

Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround.

Strong technical skills. You will need to understand software and photography issues.

Ability to travel nationally 50% of the time.
