Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.Job responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Keeps up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in "at desk" endpoint technologies, including both hardware and software

Fosters cross-functional collaboration by working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholder/supplier teams to bring the product to fruition

Engages with various customer and business stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback, shaping product requirements accordingly

Oversees the daily operations of development and product teams to ensure alignment with the delivery roadmap

Manages risk by developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies to minimize technical debt and ensure audit readiness

Prepares reports, documentation, and presentations to effectively communicate insights, findings, and recommendations as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Proven experience working with large enterprises and managing products involving multiple stakeholder groups

Proficient in Agile methodology, with strong skills in planning, goal setting, and analysis

Knowledgeable in Windows OS-based systems and associated management practices

Experienced with technical tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and possesses strong project management skills

Skilled in roadmap planning, market analysis, feature planning, time and cost analysis, and enterprise release management

Strong communication, critical thinking, and project management abilities

Ability to manage multiple scrum teams' Book of Work, accurately refining and analyzing the backlog to maintain an up-to-date view of product tasks

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Over 2 years of experience in uncovering data insights and visualization, as well as designing and executing product experiments

Background in end-user support to effectively address and meet the needs of SRE/Operations partners

Willingness to challenge the status quo and push the team to deliver high-quality results

Experience in managing hardware vendors
