Location: Columbus, OHPolaris and Downtown Areas
Working Hours: 1st and 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, no weekends
Pay Rate: $15-16/hr, depending on experience

Job Description:
As a Barista employed by LGC, you’ll work directly with our clients, on-site at their facility (which may include
cafeterias, airports, catering companies, stadiums, nursing homes, and more). Your position plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and meals.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about
menu items.
Food/Beverage Assembly: Prepare and assemble food items such as sandwiches and salads. Prepare coffee and coffee-included beverages to order and based off provided recipe and beverage crafting instructions
Stocking: Monitor and replenish food and beverage supplies, condiments, and utensils at serving stations.
Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate cash registers, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including wiping tables, cleaning trays, and disposing of trash.
Compliance: Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines, including proper storage and handling of food items.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a barista role required
Previous experience in a food service role heavily preferred
Must be willing to complete a background check prior to start date
Must have two forms of ID for Form I9 compliance
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
