Director of Business Development
Location: Columbus, OH
Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 base salary plus 20–25k bonus potential
An established and growing organization in the senior living and healthcare sector is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead sales growth initiatives and oversee two sales professionals. This position is responsible for meeting revenue, census, and admissions goals by driving strategic sales planning, managing community relationships, and fostering business partnerships. Marketing and advertising experience is a plus, given the anticipated growth on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coach the sales team to achieve admissions and revenue targets
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
Analyze market trends and performance metrics to drive growth
Represent the organization at community and industry events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of sales/marketing management experience
Minimum 5 years of proven sales success, preferably in healthcare or senior living
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Compensation & Schedule:
Full-time, regular schedule
