Overview
Warehouse Associate – No Nights, No Weekends!
Location: 5357 Crosswind Drive, Columbus, OH 43228
Starting Pay: $16/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Ohio Thrift is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our upbeat team at our West Side warehouse located at 5357 Crosswind Drive, Columbus, OH 43228. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are safety-conscious, dependable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do:
Assist in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Accurately stage and sort products for loading
Load and unload trailers
Move materials throughout the warehouse
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (where applicable)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Perform quality control checks
Support general warehouse tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material-handling experience
Comfortable using hand/power tools and hand trucks
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong understanding of packaging standards for shipping goods effectively.
Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions
Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for verifying shipments, counting and performing accurate quality control.
Self-motivated with good organizational and multitasking skills
Dependable attendance is a must
