Looking to hire a bilingual Leasing Agent to work from 10-5 pm Monday-Friday.
Duties include:
Answer phones, file, lease and show apartments, schedule tours, collect rent, post rent, make bank deposit,
schedule vendors, Make sure units are cleaned and ready to rent, make sure tenant work orders are done.
Paid vacation after one year
$100.00 dollar leasing bonus per unit.
Holiday/sick pay after probation period.
