Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Onsite; Columbus, OH

Salary: $19 - $21 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:00 pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Office Administrator and Receptionist is responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing direction and information to patients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSABILITES:

Greets visitors and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.

Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes and delivers messages.

Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.

Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:

Customer service: 2+ years (Preferred)

Background in Healthcare preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
