We are a property preservation company that is in immediate need of independent sub-contractors to service - and the surrounding area. We preserve residential properties for lenders before, during and after foreclosure. Each job varies based on overall property condition. If you have property preservation construction experience (bank foreclosures, REOs, etc.) and possess all the equipment listed below, please respond to this email with your contact info and a brief history. Requirements for our contractors are as follows:
Clean background
Dependable mode of transportation for yourself and equipment (Pickup truck or work van only)
Valid driver's license
Standard tools, ladder, generator & compressor for winterizations
Smartphone, (iphone or droid), and GPS
Must have excellent communication skills and be detailed in documenting each job
