I have a newer business idea that I am looking to hire a sales manager or create a partnership with someone to help grow. I would like to establish the flagship business in the Columbus area and then I would like to grow and sell franchises in other areas.
The ideal person will be highly motivated, looking for freedom to do other things in conjunction with work (golf, travel, fish, etc.), be loyal and expect loyalty, be able to think inside, outside, and all around the box, and be drug-free. Excellent communication, intermediate computer skills, and algebraic calculation knowledge are needed.
