Requires ability to lead field project teams from project start to finish, safely, on time, and with quality delivery. The project manager owns the project , using project management techniques to negotiate changes, monitor expenses, identify variances, and make corrective actions.
Requires 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, electrical field experience, proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office, understanding of budgets and project documents.
