Ours was great. We started with a Monday morning shop meeting where everyone pitched in ideas and the team got on the same page. Then we got to work on the work left over from last week, we always have work. After that we took in new customers and cars every day, our customers are great.
Note: They drive nice cars; they don't mind spending money to keep them up and they love our shop.
We took a few breaks for training. We got a ton of work done and all the techs finished with a lot of hours, and we've still got work waiting for next week. And we did it without working past 5pm any day, without coming in on the weekend, without a single argument, without any yelling, and without any disgruntled customers.
