We are looking for employees with developed skills to assist with our unit turn projects.
Employees must have verifiable experience in the following:
Drywall repair, replacement, and finishing
Painting interior walls, doors, trim, and ceilings. (Preferred, not required)
LVT Flooring installation
Wall framing and repair
Cabinet installation and replacement
Trim work repair and replacement
Bathtub and surround repair and replacement
Faucet replacement
New toilet installation, including removal
Bathroom vanity installation
Interior and exterior door replacement
Countertop repair and replacement
Caulking
Shower manifold replacement
Appliance installation
Light fixture replacement
The ideal will be able to work independently with little or no supervision and complete high-quality work in a time-efficient manner.
Employees must have reliable transportation, their own tools, and closed-toe shoes.
We are only looking for full-time W-2 employees who are authorized to work in the U.S.
We are NOT hiring 1099 Contract laborers.
Normal work hours are M-F, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Employees are paid weekly.
