Looking only for someone to bring some experience to my crew. I have plenty of work in high end homes. Thus the reason I need clean cut professional men. Must know how to cap and caulk very neatly, I will pay for experience in those areas. Must also be able to lift 75lbs. There is too much work to do for me to train anyone.
