Join us in making a difference!We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sheet Metal Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage sheet metal operations, ensure inventory levels are maintained, and support HVAC and plumbing teams with materials and supplies. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Unload and put away incoming equipment and materials as needed.

Assist with staging jobs for HVAC and plumbing teams as required.

Manage metal stock levels and ensure inventory stays above minimum levels by placing and following up on metal orders.

Place orders for purchased sheet metal fabrications and track backorders with vendors.

Meet established quantity, quality, and productivity standards for sheet metal fabrications.

Maintain sheet metal warehouse organization while ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines are followed.

Travel to supply houses and other offices to pick up equipment and materials as needed.

Deliver parts or supplies to installers, service technicians, and plumbers as necessary.

Replenish material bins for installers, technicians, and plumbers.

Collaborate with the logistics team and participate in the Saturday rotation schedule.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Valid forklift certification and the ability to maintain it.

Proficient in computer skills and familiar with software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience with Service Titan (preferred but not required).

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to drive a company vehicle.

Physical Demands:

Frequently required to stand and walk.

Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally asked to lift, push, pull, and/or move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
