We are seeking a skilled Hot Side / Refrigeration Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Refrigeration, with the ability to Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration systems in a commercial environment. This role requires proficiency in refrigeration, , and equipment repair. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively while providing excellent service to our clients. We need Candidates that have a strong Refrigeration background. Please no apprentices at this time. Must have experience in refrigeration. NEED TO BE EXPERIENCED NO APPRENTICES We need to be able to put you in a truck right away and have you servicing Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in a Demanding Environment. You must have at least 3-5 years of Verifiable experience in the field as a Service Technician. Responsibilities
MUST HAVE STRONG REFRIGERATION EXPERIENCE - NO EXCEPTIONS
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.
Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
Repair or replace defective components in Hot Side /Refrigeration/ HVAC systems as necessary.
Work with refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Hot Side / Refrigeration Service Tech Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including design, installation, and repair techniques.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
Ability to perform appliance repairs and general equipment maintenance.
Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of plumbing principles related to HVAC systems.
Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC/R are preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
3-4 years experience at a minimum. No apprentices @ this time.
