We are looking for a licensed plumber for a long term position!
● Manage awarded projects from kickoff through completion.
● Schedule and coordinate field crews and subcontractors.
● Communicate with GCs, site foremen, and office staff.
● Ensure all work complies with Ohio Plumbing Code and project requirements.
● Track change orders, budgets, timelines, and project milestones.
● Conduct onsite visits and support field crews as necessary.
● Complete punch lists and oversee warranty requests.
● 3–5+ years of plumbing estimating and/or project management experience in commercial construction.
● Strong working knowledge of the Ohio Plumbing Code.
● Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
● Familiarity with all phases of plumbing installation—from first rough to final punch.
● Experience with commercial project types such as fuel stations, hotels, senior living centers, etc.
