Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst to join our client's team in Dublin, Ohio. The role is centered around the review and processing of contracts, invoice generation, and the calculation of commissions for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a background in tractor/trailer leasing. Responsibilities:

Review contracts and accurately input them into the system

Generate invoices in accordance with contract terms, ensuring all necessary details are included

Enter and calculate commissions for the sales team, ensuring accuracy at all times

Utilize accounting software systems to manage and organize data efficiently

Employ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to streamline and integrate all facets of the business

Conduct regular audits to check the accuracy of billing functions and rectify any discrepancies

Manage accounts payable (AP) and ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner

Consistently maintain accurate customer credit records

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to billing and contracts.

Requirements

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

Demonstrable experience with Accounting Functions

Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes

Experience in Auditing

Knowledge of Billing Functions

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
