Kelly Services is seeking a Global Digital Automation Developer and Project Management for our Client. Job Title: Global Digital Automation Developer and Project Management Location: Remote Type: Contract (W2) Length: 12 months ( (18-24 months expected /Possible temp to hire ) Pay Rate: $60 - $71 per hour Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (days) Work Hours: regular business hour Note: Working Global customer (Germany, China, Thailand, India, Brazil, Huntsville, Iselin and others). Must be flexible to attend meetings with Europe and Asia.

  • 30 possible digital/automation projects to scope, create project plans and develop.
  • Must have technical skills are MS Power Automate, MS Azure Labs, MS Power Apps - will train other applications.
  • Manufacturing industry exp a plus, (current developer in Germany has manufacturing background), can come from other areas.
  • Looking for someone that can walk in and is self driven and get going quickly. 3-7 year experiences mid-level may be suitable as they may be so driven and passionate learners

PURPOSE: This role sees the world in possibilities to help simplify and create automated process to help employees globally. Often our stakeholders have deep expertise about our industry, our customers, our processes, our traditions and our products, but may not see the new ways of doing this in a more efficient or simplified manner using the power of digital applications. Some may know what they want/need, but not see a better way of doing it. Others may know the problem they are trying to solve for, but not how to get to a solution. You will be part facilitator, part technologist, part business person, part developer - you bring intellectual curiosity, strong written and oral communication skills, a sense of optimism, a thirst for learning new technologies and if you delight in helping others solve problems - you may be the sort of person we'd like to call our colleague. DAILY ACTIVITIES:
  • Development of automation processes
  • Support of data relationships connections to deliver reporting in Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Project Management documentation in Azure DevOps and support where needed is a project manager is not currently allocated
  • Project scoping and requirement development - each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
  • Author user stories and other requirements documents to inform software development and/or used in their own development
  • Be a change agent for driving the digital transformation and showing value of digital automation and assisting with the people change and on-board employees to new applications and ways of working
  • Continuous documentation and improvement of new/updated processes
  • Continuous troubleshooting and problem solving
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree
  • Following skills are required
    • Proven experience with Power Automate, Power App and various Robotic Automation technologies
    • Proven experience with GitLab pipeline automation and code management
    • Experience in relational database management systems to define data relationships for connecting new and existing digital solutions (connected ecosystem)
    • Flexible team player with strong ability to collaborate and engage with staff to develop new solutions.
    • Eagerness to learn new technologies and skills.
    • Above average communication skills are needed. Ability to adapt to change and provide collaborative input at all levels
    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work flex hours to meet with teammates and partners across the globe
  • Following skills are a plus:
    • Usage of Jira/Microsoft Azure DevOps in Agile development, SQL database, Bizaggi Live, Apogee API, and Azure Data Lab
    • Experience conducting business analysis, development, and deployment of digital solutions; understand strategic inputs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to build digital solutions
