Responsibilities include:
Assist in day-to-day internal communication to drive ecommerce knowledge and integration across the sector
Testing strategies including a/b testing, online scripted tests, UAT testing
Research, develop and share knowledge of emerging ecommerce trends, innovations, and companies
Assess global marketplace to understand key growth markets and partners for international expansion
Contribute to email reporting and analysis
Day-to-day operations necessary for the upkeep of our B2B and B2C platforms
Devise and plan new ideas for ecommerce and products
Online product assortment management
General administrative support where needed
Product data updates within a Product Information Management system (PIM)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college
Minimum Sophomore standing or higher
Able to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher
Able to come onsite to our Fairlawn, OH office 3 days per week
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
Be a self-starter, able to work well independently, prioritize tasks, ask for feedback and demonstrate good follow-through skills
Resiliencey and Adaptabillity
Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
