Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Heath, OH .Position Responsibilities:

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results.

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Shift:This position is for 1st shift.Security Clearance:This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 1 year of experience leadership

More than 1 year of experience using Lean principles

More than 1 year experience with data mining, processing and analysis

More than 1 year experience with root cause corrective analysis

More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience leading a training class or delivering training modules to a class

Experience in a role that required presentation skills

Experience with projects/programs involving Culture Change, Change Management, Process Analysis and Improvement, and Strategy
