We’re always looking for individuals who are wanting to be paid to learn the industry.
Here is the process for those applicants that do not have tax experience.
We provide a FREE course “The Fundamentals of Basic Taxes” that is required by the IRS.
Classes start September 30th!
2 options for taking the Tax Couse… In Classroom with one of our Jackson Hewitt instructors or Virtual Online with an instructor.
Current classes are Mon & Wed 10a-1p or 6p-9p / Tues & Thurs 10a-1p or 6p-9p
Once tax course is completed the hiring process starts.
Due to the nature of the business each potential applicant must complete a 7-year background check .
Paid Training starts after the Basic Tax Course is completed. Which includes the following
· Additional Credited classes per the IRS
· Training on our Products
· Office Training
· Practice completing returns on the computer
· Payrate is competitive and determined by previous tax, accounting, customer service, retail, or computer experience.
New Tax preparers start in their paid training in Mid-November.
All new employees are assigned to a seasoned trainer for ongoing development.
