Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customer service for a positive dining experience. Follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, states and local guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care. The Cook is responsible for the preparation of food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures.
