Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectationsEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system, per Operational Performance Standards (OPS)Track and Trace Shipment Files dailyScan and validate documentsEnsure documents are received and processed timely to keep cargo movingEnsure accurate and timely client and vendor billing, within Expeditors and customer requirementsInteract with our customers in arranging their domestic or international shipments, meeting customer service standards and performance measurementsCommunicate with service providers regularly to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipmentsUnderstand departmental process flows, and contribute to best practice opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivityEnsure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs. Review and update regularlyMeet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s proceduresTimely responses to emails and voicemails to exceed customer expectations and satisfactionEscalation of problems to Management when necessary
