THE POSITION:As a Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Oversee smooth and controlled deployments to production environments.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and industry regulations.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
