Job PurposeThe Corporate Development Director leads enterprise-wide growth initiatives across Pleasant Valley’s facility management, construction, real estate, and property management divisions. This role drives strategic market expansion, strengthens high-value client and partner relationships, and identifies opportunities that advance the company’s long-term business objectives. The Director collaborates closely with executive and division leadership to shape growth strategy, evaluate new opportunities, and ensure successful execution across all business lines. This position is based at our office in Medina, Ohio.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth LeadershipLead enterprise-wide business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, developing long-term growth strategies, and advancing corporate and divisional objectives across all Pleasant Valley service lines.Client & Partner DevelopmentBuild and strengthen executive-level relationships with clients, strategic partners, public agencies, and community stakeholders to drive client retention, business expansion, and long-term organizational value.Business Development ExecutionOversee the strategic opportunity pipeline, including client onboarding, RFPs, proposals, contract strategy, and CRM forecasting to ensure successful pursuit and execution of new business opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with executive and division leadership to identify cross-selling opportunities, develop integrated client solutions, and ensure enterprise-wide alignment in the execution of corporate development priorities.Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to provide actionable insights that inform strategic planning, corporate positioning, and future growth initiatives.
