In this role, you will execute precise setups, operate multiple presses, and utilize your technical curiosity to investigate equipment malfunctions down to their root cause, ensuring high-quality, zero-defect output. If you have a strong drive for accountability, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for manufacturing precision, we want to hear from you.Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Setup: Prepare cylinders, mount plates, adjust ink fountains/rollers, load supply rolls, and process setups for precise production runs.Deliver High-Quality Work: Interpret order specifications, monitor close tolerances using overlay gauges, and inspect tools to ensure strict quality standards.Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Investigate equipment abnormalities to find the root cause of failures and perform proactive preventative maintenance.Collaboration & Safety: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO 90001 work instructions, and Operator Process Verification (OPV). Partner across teams to reach site goals.Data Entry: Use basic computer literacy skills to accurately report finished production and complete related documentation.
