Your role is an integral part of our team, as you will be the primary inside contact for a select group of our customers.

Your Objectives

Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction.

Process orders quickly and with accuracy .

Proactively communicate status to customers throughout the order cycle.

Collaborate daily with sales and operations teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.

The Skills You Bring

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

5+ years of Customer Service experience

2-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment

PC proficiency, including advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Experience running customized reports to gather and synthesize data

Ability to balance working independently and influence others to achieve improved outcomes

Advanced communication skills to read, analyze, and interpret data and write business correspondence in a professional manner
