Group Details of Scrum Master: The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that is team centric and highly collaborative. The position will be responsible for ensuring Agile practices and understanding while constantly maximizing the value created by the development teams. Responsibilities of Scrum Master:- Creating and maintaining the team agile board, facilitating daily stand ups, and sprint planning.
- Working closely with the QA team focusing on requirements and user test methodology.
- Organizing and driving requirements sessions to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
- Partner with project leads to ensure the team is producing a solution that meets established standards, procedures, and practices.
- Help drive team transformation to agile methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS/CIS, or related field.
- Strong business analyst skills (process modeling, use case development, detailed requirements documentation).
- Must be effective and efficient in identifying and proposing creative, innovative solutions to complex, time-critical challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, issue resolution, and relationship management skills.
