Press Operator Second/Third Shift - Additional $3.00/hour for Third Shift

Seeking a skills and reliable Offset Sheetfed Press Operator to join on our team on either second or third shift. This position is ideal for a press operator with strong management skills and the flexibility to support multiple printing platforms. Operate and maintain Man-Roland sheetfed presses, willingness to learn and support flexographic printing operations.Experience in running a 4-color (2/2) sheetfed presses, with a strong focus on maintaining print quality. This role will also require cross-training and support in our flexographic press department as needed. Ensure accurate color density and quality throughout the production runs.The position is responsible to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a number of press equipmentPerform all make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated such as hanging plates or installing cylinders, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and register etc.Performs routine maintenance and press checksClean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as requiredDependable with good attendance and teamwork skills
