If you’re fluent in French and skilled in CRM-driven talent engagement, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Excellence: Own and manage a portfolio of requisitions across O-I locations, delivering top-tier talent.Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, and innovative tools.Content Creation: Design and curate engaging social media and digital content to showcase O-I’s EVP and attract talent.CRM Optimization: Manage and enhance our SmartRecruiters CRM to nurture pipelines and improve candidate experience.Employer Branding: Collaborate with the TA team on branding campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.Analytics & Insights: Track recruiting metrics and share actionable insights to continuously improve performance.Language Advantage: Use your French language skills to support bilingual communications and candidate engagement.
