Job Description SummaryThe Customer Success & Process Improvement Program Manager – BSO is responsible for implementing the Change Management Process and front end / input UI/UX experience for the new defined Enterprise Productivity processes and Prodigy suite across all of GE Aerospace.The Manager will partner with Lean, Product Lines, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Services to ensure process rigor and alignment, developing front-end tool capability to capture Cost, Cash, Delivery and Demand Productivity not only in the 3–5-year strategy for the business but also to sustain these efforts across all P&Ls and functions.Job DescriptionThis includes but is not limited to : Support all Part Families (Additive, ATO, Avio, PMC, CMC, CSC, LATO, RPCA, TAVS, TDVS & SCDHQ), Commodities (Airfoils, Composites, Control, GMF, Materials, SHS & Structures), Indirect Sourcing (Logistics, Telecom, Personnel, etc.) and Product Lines (GE9X, LEAP, GEnx, RBA, AEO, Defense & Systems) data ingestion, quality & operating reviews; Ensure Prodigy input front-end on Smartsheet is aligned to Aerospace Productivity VSM (ex. PL actions plans fully reconciled with Prodigy; Implement new fields and options determined in Lean events & Productivity Kaizens are properly reflected in Prodigy input front-end on Smartsheet); Maintain BSO central repository by implementing and reviewing standard work around Prodigy Productivity Suite, ensuring work instructions are up to date, as well as recurring training schedule; proactively review fields and implement improvements and changes to all 25 Prodigy Smartsheets to enhance user experience and tool adoption; Set up and maintain Smartsheet automation within Prodigy Workspace as well as external connectivity (ex. Avio´s Costbiter, Service’s EPEX, Indirect Sourcing´s iManage), archive and notification process; Certify data quality for projects logged in Prodigy with P1/P2 data issues lower than 5%; coordinate, execute and support Projects’ migration into Prodigy for orgs still not on Enterprise tool (Composites, SHS, Controls, Repair and Overhaul); Coordinate Delivery and Demand current Productivity Process & Tool implementation as BSO integrates them to the Prodigy Suite.Essential Responsibilities :

Experienced cross functional leader with a background in supply chain, business acumen, product line and process improvement.

Comfortable with data analysis, distilling complex problems and recommending changes in a clear and concise manner.

Proven ability to influence, present and communicate across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment and consensus.

Tactically, implementing the standard work, policies and setting up the operating rhythms and cadences across the business to orchestrate productivity.

Experience not only in cost related productivity levers, but also working capital elements as the role evolves.

UX/UI for cross functional stakeholders across aerospace and between the Prodigy space.

Qualifications/ Requirements :

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of process, continuous improvement and change management experience with global corporations (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of process, continuous improvement and change management experience with global corporations).

Proven experience with Smartsheet and other front-end project management and UI/UX tools.

Desired Characteristics :

Lean 6S Blackbelt Certification desired

Established project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
