Consultant - Alcohol Permitting

We are a seasonal outdoor entertainment venue in Gilboa, OH and we are looking to commence sales of draft and bottled beer and possibly wine next summer. We are looking for someone that's been in the bar/restaurant business to help us obtain the proper permits. This is a contract/hourly job. It could lead to more for someone who wants to drive the effort and be a part of the team past the permitting process but right now we need a smart person with a good business head on his/her shoulders to drive the process and help us get in compliance and open to sell beer next summer. This is a remote job but probably worthwhile to come visit the property and facilities at some point during the engagement. Please send a resume and cover letter with relevant experience.
