Description We are offering an opportunity for a Project Coordinator II to join our logistics client's team located in Westerville, Ohio. The role focuses on coordinating and monitoring project requirements, ensuring effective resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement in quality and processes. This is a contract to hire position in the IT industry, with a focus on project management, reporting, and customer service.Responsibilities: Review and understand client requests and project requirements to allocate resources effectively Coordinate and prioritize the workload across various projects Drive continuous improvement of quality and processes within the project scope Monitor project status, intervening as necessary to ensure timely completion Track progress of task completion, budget, and schedule for assigned projects Perform detailed reporting for assigned projects, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive project success Leverage excellent communication and listening skills to understand project needs and expectations Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Requirements Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination Proficient in budget processes and financial reporting Strong quality review and assurance management skills Ability to track and report project progress effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with project management methodologies Proven ability to drive continuous improvement within an organization Experience in providing regular project status updates to stakeholders Ability to allocate resources effectively to ensure project success Strong QA management background Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
