Tax Manager for accounting office utilizing Drake Tax software. Lead a team of four preparers working in a comfortable family style "quality of life" office. Experience with Amish returns would be beneficial but not required. Experience with small business returns highly preferred.
This position could be full time in the tax season and then part time the balance of the year. Year round work tax work is our norm.
Candidates should enjoy working with Amish clients and small business owners. This is not a high pressure environment but is an office of team oriented people although the coffee could be better. Join us and have a good job for many years.
