Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, work ethic, and commitment to showing up to work on time. Hourly wage is determined by experience, construction knowledge, equipment operator, and reliability will greatly impact salary. Position requires, shoveling, lifting, manual labor, operating a skid loader, working on lifts, completing tasks on your own. Training is available, job growth is available.
