Window World is seeking a motivated and skilled Gutter Installation & Service Technician to join our team at our Boardman location. This is a full-time, hourly position with pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform professional installation of 5" and 6" aluminum gutters and gutter protection systems
· Follow Window World’s established installation standards and procedures
· Travel within assigned territory to complete gutter installs and service calls
· Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment at all job sites
· Communicate clearly with customers and team members
· Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous gutter installation experience is REQUIRED
· Strong work ethic with attention to detail
· Knowledge of general construction and installation techniques
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
· Comfortable working at heights (ladders up to 40', walking on roofs)
· Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a box truck
· Must pass background check and drug test (including marijuana)
· Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
· Commitment to customer satisfaction and job site cleanliness
