Manufacturing Plant Controller

The Manufacturing Plant Controller is responsible for the accounting and internal controls in a plant environment. This position also supervises various financial transactions, administers the plant's cost control function, and coordinates the plant's forecasting and budgeting.The Manufacturing Plant Controller should have: Knowledge of controlling, including standard cost and manufacturing variance conceptExperience providing financial analysis and building business casesProven ability to communicate across all levels of the organizationA strong desire to work in a manufacturing environmentThe Manufacturing Plant Controller will:Be responsible for planning functions, including budgeting and forecastingManage the balance sheet and P&L statement preparationSupervise fixed assets of the facilitySupervise fixed assets of the facilityExecute monthly Sarbanes-Oxley requirements           Ensure accurate reporting of Lean Six Sigma project savings  Be part of the Plant Leadership Team and contribute to integral business decisions
