Plant Maintenance Manager

The Plant Maintenance Manager is to provide a committed and high level of technical service, working in partnership with the Unit Plant Manager and the Quality Manager to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of quality and efficiency.The Plant Maintenance Manager will:Plan preventive maintenance on equipment, scheduling repairs and upgrades while simultaneously working to maximize plant uptime.Assists in implementing corrective actions when necessary.Ensure the safety and quality of work performed by maintenance and production personnel.Provide a high level of technical service to produce glass containers at continuously improving levels of qualityThe Plant Maintenance Manager should have:Strong background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.Experience in using CMMS systems.Strong Computer skillsThe ability to oversee, schedule, and train personalLean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience/trainingThe ability to work at various heights in a 24/7 manufacturing facility
