RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is seeking a Remote Program Manager - Data Engineering.
Summary:The Remote Program Manager - Data Engineering will drive initiatives for our Data Platform, Pipeline, Warehouse, and other consumers of our data. Programs require organization of cross functional teams, partnerships with stakeholders, partnering with technical teams, and ownership of final deliverables. As the Program Manager for the Data Engineering group, you will be pivotal in developing and executing programs to deliver results that will be used to enable data-driven decision making at all layers of the technical stack for the company.Responsibilities: Own Data Engineering Programs Documentation Partner with Stakeholders Prioritization Product Increment Planning Execution and Tracking of ProgramsREQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5-10 years of experience working in a software organization Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in Data Program Management Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with data, analytics, or business intelligence groups Experience with Agile Program Management tools like JIRA or MS Project Previous hands on experience with relational database technology and SQL scripting languages Experience with data warehouses and common ETL tools Excellent oral and written communication skillsPreferred: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Experience with Snowflake and Tableau Experience with NoSQL data storesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
