Logistics Supervisor

This role will provide Internal operational leadership to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities including: inbound and outbound freight, dispatch, freight spend in a consistent manner .  This person will be responsible also of establishing and updating operational SOPs and meet or exceed the assigned KPIs.Supervise daily logistics operationsManage, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a productive work environment. Monitor daily targets (KPIs) such as but not limited to: On time pickups, Freight Spend, Tender Acceptance.Effectively direct the team to consistently meet or exceed goals.Complete all necessary records and reports requested for different internal audits in a timely and accurate manner.Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall logistics performance. Ensure the compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures.Collaborate with other functional groups such as but not limited : Customer Service Success, OTM Planning, Shipping, Receiving, Materials and Finance.
