Description Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of various IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including developers, engineers, and business users, to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Manage project resources effectively, including team members, budget, and timelines. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency. Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and methodologies. Requirements What you bring to the role Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management. Proven experience in successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
